How long does shipping take?
We handcraft each order fresh, so please allow 1–3 business days for us to make your dessert stuffed chocolate bars before they ship. To help prevent melting, we only ship Monday through Wednesday. Once your order is in the mail, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and your selected shipping method. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Will my chocolate melt?
We take every precaution to help your chocolate arrive in excellent condition. Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to reduce the chance of weekend delays, and our bars are carefully packaged for transit. The vast majority of orders arrive perfectly—even during warmer months.
Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product, so we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as it's delivered. Leaving it in direct sunlight, a hot mailbox, or outdoors for an extended period may cause it to soften or melt.
Because conditions after shipment are outside of our control, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages affected by heat exposure or delayed retrieval after delivery.
How should I store my bars?
For the best taste and texture, store your chocolate bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. A pantry or cabinet is ideal. If your home is warm, you can refrigerate them, but we recommend letting the bar sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before enjoying for the best flavor and texture. Our bars can also be frozen for longer storage—just thaw them before eating.
Do you offer refunds or replacement orders?
Because our chocolate bars are handcrafted and made fresh to order, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged due to an error on our part or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Heat-related melting after delivery
- Packages left outside after delivery
- Shipping carrier delays or delivery issues outside of our control
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

How big are the bars?
Our dessert stuffed chocolate bars are thick, generously filled, and made to satisfy every chocolate craving. Our standard bars weigh approximately ½ pound or more and measure about 6.2 inches tall × 3 inches wide × 1 inch thick.
We also offer a Mini Bar Variety Pack, which includes smaller-sized versions of our stuffed chocolate bars so you can try multiple flavors or enjoy a bite-sized treat.
Each bar is handcrafted, so exact weight and dimensions may vary slightly.
